Not only do we understand the complexity of new construction projects, but we’re also experienced working with multiple subcontractors that have varying scopes of work. Our facility includes a 43,000 square foot office, secure warehouse and production area. These facilities are used to pre-configure most AV equipment in our controlled environment. We build out racks, program network devices, bench test, asset tag, and label products ahead of delivery to keep projects on time. Delcom Group also has a team of dedicated project managers, engineers, certified installers and others who all work side by side with general contractors, subcontractors, architects and consultants.
During the delivery phase, we will perform final onsite configurations of all network devices, and also do commissioning and training.
Delcom partners with industry leading manufacturers in order to offer the highest level of warranty services for hardware and installation on all projects.
